I was greeted warmly. the staff always took time to help. i especially liked the rooftop bar. It provided great city views. the food options included both local and international dishes, it suited my taste. the dj played good music. i would stay here again.
the gym did not have enough free weights. it needs more equipment.

I really liked the central location. It made exploring easy. the housekeeping, managed by biky baitha and kishore biswas, was consistently good. they kept the room very neat, provided necessary items, and arranged the bed attractively.
i noticed the check-in process could be improved. i waited for nearly half an hour. There was limited seating. a welcome drink was offered only after the room was ready.

the staff was very polite and helpful with all requests. tanmoy roy, the concierge, offered excellent advice and assistance. the waiting staff ensured i got my coffee early, they were always smiling.

breakfast was big and had numerous items to choose from. rani, uma, and tanusri offered great service. chef chadda's work is super and should be maintained; the food was AMAZING!!!

i stayed in an edwardian suite! it included club lounge access! tea and coffee were served with cookies at the tea lounge! the cocktail hours timing were 1730 hrs, 1900 hrs, lovely!
i booked a long stay, though the housekeeping was poor. i needed to constantly remind the staff for basic amenities in the room, and that was frustrating.
